hi y'all
doing some pedigree research on the online checklist and I noticed an
inconsistency.
In the HIPS pedigree of Beverly Sills there appears a pedigree for Rippling
Waters as a product of two seedlings. This HIPS pedigree shows those two
seedlings as Fay 54-41 and 54-19.
Now, if you look at the online checklist for Rippling Waters, the pedigree
therein does not have those two seedling numbers, but rather describes the
crosses that resulted in 54-41 and 54-19.
I realise the guts of the pedigree are the same, so why does the HIPS
pedigree have seedling numbers but the AIS version doesn't?
Also, in the AIS pedigree for English Cottage the pollen parent is listed
as Gross Stitch. Is this a typo? Should it be Cross Stitch? O r do both
Cross Stitch and Gross Stitch exist?
