Christy, John,
The bouncing problem was especially severe on the Yahoogroup
Hem-Gathering-1. [Daylilies] One of the members, who herself runs some
Yahoogroups, suggested that having archives may be at least part of the
problem. As a co-owner, I mentioned that to the other two, and we concluded
that abolishing the archives was worth a try.
So, about 10:30 PM [EST] yesterday, I logged in, and abolished the
archives. The mail immediately started flowing again, and by noon today,
there were over 170 messages from the list, many of which had been in cyber
limbo for several days.
So, those of you who moderate groups on Yahoo may wish to consider
abolishing the archives if bouncing is a problem.
