HYB: pedigree tangle + CAT: Shreiners Luminata

Hey y'all,

Pedigrees are facinatin' aren't they?

In the pedigree of English Cottage the Pod Parent is listed as 68-92 wide:
(Crinkled Ivory x Autumn Sensation) X Grand Baroque.

Then in the pedigree of Earn of Essex the same cross: (Crinkled Ivory x
Autumn Sensation) X Grand Baroque is represented as the the
grand-pod-parent, but with no seedling number.

So this means that these seedlings are at least sibs right? Does anyone
know if there is any way to find out if they are more than sibs i.e. one in
the same?

Schreiner's catalog arrived sometime this week. They list Fancy Dress
(Keppel '98) as "an excellent representation of the luminata color pattern"
indicating that the luminata pattern is (or at least can be) a dark falls
color overlaid with paler veining and margins. Funny how catalogs make us
dream... I got to thinking about a black with luminata markings...

Anybody already working on it?
