Re: CULT: frozen cola bottles?


Not to worry - these are 2 liter polycarbonate bottles.  They
deteriorate after several years (especially if I try to shred them by
running over them with the lawnmower) but if not filled completely,
handle repeated freeze/thaw cycles without problems.  The metal caps
they used to use work loose and leak, but the plastic ones hold up
pretty well.  They usually don't last quite as many seasons as the
bottles, so I always have to replace & refill a few.

I'll post a photo, while waiting for iris bloom.....
