My message is not to distract from what Doris might say, but the Mallorn Archives
contains a ton of information about growing ABs from gardeners across the country.
I know because I have answered the question about aril culture several times, and I
live in an area that consistently gets over 60 inches of rainfall (nearly 100 in 2002),
and my arilbreds are doing better than the TBs!
Most three-quarters and half-breds can grow here. Oddly enough some of the
hardest to grow are quarterbreds!
