Lilac iris

Would you consider Mary Frances a lilac iris? I had Debrenee for several
years and gave away a lot of it but seem to have lost it unless it is in with the
nameless bunch and didn't bloom last year. I'll keep my fingers crossed as I
really liked it and it did well here.
I am so envious of the people going to the convention. Would love to visit
historic iris gardens.
I am planning to go to the TBIS convention in Lincoln, Nebraska, though and
am excited about that as those ought to be tough iris to grow there. My first
to bloom this year is going to be one I bought from TBIS as a fundraiser. I
have lost the name of it but Magic Bus was amongst the ones offered that year.
I had some 2nd year seedlings try to bloom last fall but a freeze got them.
I marked them as possible re-bloomers and one has a bloomstalk today. Hope it
isn't a dog.
