HYB:Chromosome compatibilities among Eupogons

You've got it, Dave.  It is the moral equivalent to exploring one square mile
of Panama and laying claim to the entire system of North and South America on
that basis.  Iris is explicitly named as one among several genera having this
enzyme and processes affected by it.

The patent, although not doing more than suggesting an antisense sequence
*could* block the action of F3',5' H, lays claim to the rights to any and all
processes of this nature.

The sequencing and result thereof is described as an "invention."  My one real
question is, invention by whom?
