Various forestry supply places sell waterproof notebooks and loose leaf
printer paper for laser printers.  Ben Meadows & Forestry Supply
(Supplier?) are two that are on line.

The paper is not cheap.

I also found a much less expensive supplier in Pennsylvania, but they
don't give a phone number, & I'm leery about ordering from a place I
can't call.  They also sell in smaller quantities than the forestry
supply places.
