HIST: Nurseryman Carl Starker

If there is anyone out there who recalls anything interesting, or of possible 
use to a researcher, about the nurseryman Carl Starker of Oregon, who was 
active, I believe, circa 1930-1955, and served at least one term as AIS RVP of
