I sent an acknowledgement of this response, and the information I received 
privately from Donald Eaves regarding the Aril Society International's index on 
their webpage, to this list yesterday, but it did not return to me, nor is it 
in the Archives, so I must assume that it has drifted off into the ether.

I do thank you for your responses. The information is appreciated.

Perhaps we will also hear from some other groups...
