Begging your pardon, my intention was to be humorous, not critical.  Sometime what gets wrote just don't get took in the spirit it was intended.  I was not trying to be mean or snippish just silly.

it all the way. results come from individual
intiatives. I wish you luck amd try not to get
discouraged or listen to too much advice.
