HYB:Seed Soaking (same ole)

Hate rainy days!  Woke up to sleet hitting my windows this  morning!  The 
temperature has dropped about 10 degrees since then, down to  34 degrees, now.  
 
Rain is supposed to fall for the rest of today and most of  tomorrow.  I've 
been watering any time the pots look dry, in hopes of  keeping the germination 
factors turned on.  Trying to keep them from drying  out without water logging 
them.  Got near 80% percent on a few pots, but  very low to nothing on 
others.  
 
I'm all for an early spring!
