Indeed I did.  Sorry, slipping a little bit here!  
 
As to the hot wire, I wouldn't, especially not in this case.  Their  mother 
has a unique manner of dealing with these problems.  She calls all  the 
children into your presence (mail box) and asks you to state your case in  front of 
her and the children.  Then she turns to the children and says,  "Did you 
understand her?  They say, "yes, Mama!"  End of  problem.  None of us have to 
wonder if they really heard or  understood.  
 
I won't mention the daffodils to their mother.  I fell relatively sure  we 
can avert a problem.  Except maybe with the one girl that tormented the  quail.
