Hi, this is my first time here, and I am not sure I am at the right place.
I am looking for someone growing the irises Mirror Lake and Jan Elizabeth by
Tell Muhlestein. Actually, I am looking for all irises by Tell Muhlestein.
If you can tell me if this is where I can find who grows them, or somewhere
else to check, I would appreciate the help. I have found some through
commercial growers, but would like to find more.
Thanks,
Janiece
Janiece, if you want to collect all Muhlestein irises, you have quite a
project! He introduced about 219 different ones in the 50s, 60s and 70s! (If
you want a complete list, contact me off line!)
Superstition Iris Gardens carries many Historic Irises and I would suggest
you go to the HIPS website - _http://www.hips-roots.com/_
(http://www.hips-roots.com/) and see their Sources.
Good luck!
