First thing to do is to change your password. Make it a bit tough to decipher. One trick is to take the first few lines of a song, and use the first letters to form the password. An example would be:
Lions in the street and roaming
Dogs in heat, rabid, foaming
A beast caged in the heart of a city
Making the password LitsarDihrfAbcithoac

OK, so that one may be a bit long. Now, these lyrics will not be known by many, as it is a rather obscure song by a group that was very popular in its day. If it was a favorite song of yours, You'll easily remember the lyric, and, thus, your password, and it will be very hard for another to come up with it as it seems to be a string of random characters to most, if not all, who may see it. You need to use the password? Just sing the lyric to yourself as you type it out.

Bob, it looks like your FB account has been hijacked for phishing.
