Ok i'll give you some more... 

I have this manual database made up in the desktop publishing system
Interleaf.

This is for all kind of plants. and the data i have included there are
as follows :

Latin Name
local name
from what supplier did you bye tha plant.
seed    or plant.
number of plants you have
time of planting.
internal number 
suppliers number
type of plant
properties
hardiness zone
picture
colour of flower
colour of leaf
height 
width
flowering time

sickness resistance:
gets easily :
best pesticide?? (best method of getting rid of the disiese on this
plant) 
result

Demands:
Light
Moist
soil
other demands

Number of surviving plants the first year
plants dead year:

how easili it is spreading itself
what place you have planted it in

misc. notes

judgement :How worthy growing it is.

maybe some of this is applyable on iris aswell.
