Re: weeding and herbicides

Try a pre-emergent , Dacthal on new beds at digging time ,  or spring and
fall on older beds.   Dont get the stuff anywhere you intend on having
seedling beds for a couple years.  Its not supposed to stick around that long
but you know how that goes.


        ROUNDUP  They have a new product this year.  The NEW and IMPROVED
 Roundup ULTRA.  As quoted in an ad in progressive farmer  "Proprietary
TranSorb technonogy enables new roundup ultra to penetrate more effectively,
 so its rainfast in as little as one hour."   I wish it was Wind-FAST.
