Re: Schreiner '96 intros

I certainly agree with you about the photos shot facing a standard rather
than a fall.  Doesn't look as good and doesn't let us compare.  The first
page of intros, showing the three you mentioned is really unappealing.
 Something about the colors and the background as well as the camera angle.

Another interesting bit about this year's Schreiner's catalog is the offering
of a 1995 Keppel introduction, FANCY WOMAN.  Introductions from other
hybridizers usually seem to take four or five years before being listed.  It
would be interesting to know the story behind it.
