	Hello,

	What a thoughtful post on the voting.  Maybe someone can explain how
	those 37 includes only one TB (a short way as opposed to a ten pager).

	It seems patently unfair that anyone would vote for an iris he/she
	hasn't seen - simply because it is a TB.  Does this happen - or would
	I feel better not knowing?
