Thanks to everyone for contributing to the discussions on this.  Believe me,
I do understand why people pursue the grail of the "Onco look".

>From what has been said, it would seem that some current AB (or near-AB)
lines may be more suitable for us folks in more "maritime" type climates -
outdoors that is, of course.  Would those with any experience - or ideas -
like to suggest what may be worth trying - and which nurseries to get them
from?  I would be happy to pay the extra costs of phytosanitary
certification if I was buying a number of plants that fell into that category.
