On the subject of Rebloomers and point scoring I have watched this very
closely when point scoring at the Dr. Loomis Trial Gardens. Rebloom in
Colorado is not a common thing so it is very easy to make note of those iris
that do rebloom. Even though the iris is point scored in the spring, when
judging a rebloomer I always gave it extra pointsa in the Floriferous area.
This plus in many rebloomers helped in points, but flower characteristics
still stopped many from receiving top awards.
