There are many factors to consider in using a digital camera--they cost
(decent ones) between $600 and $3000. You have to have a compatible
computer to display the pictures. You have to have a high-end dye-transfer
printer to get prints that are even remotely as good as those from film
processing.
Seems very capital intensive. You would have to take a lot of film
pictures and use very expensive processing to get even near the cost of
setting this up--seems to me. Am I wrong?
$1000 will buy a lot of film and processing and give you better quality.
