Hi Clarence,
I believe Lindane went off the market a few years back. I sprayed my
pine trees for beetle infestation and worked quite well. I got some
Sevin but have not tried it yet. I usually spray my garden with diazon
for our aunt problem and have not seen any borers at yet. Maybe the
diazon is doing something.
In the past I have used more chemical then is required so maybe this is
needed for Sevin in order for it to work. I think when they give
ingredients and measurments they make a very weak solution to cut down
on possible chemical irritation, so if it
gets on you they won't be liable.
Might be worth trying.
