How true.
We are too often prepared to criticise the work of others - Gerry and the
other officers of AIS receive no reward for their work.
However, don't kill the volunteers by overworking them. Better organisation
and a paid administrator to undertake member services will improve the
relationship between members and AIS through increased efficiency and relieve
hard-to-find volunteers of onerous and burdensome tasks that they are not
equipped to fulfil adequately.
