Walter,
Some are and some not. You know you can tell the stalks that came thru
the winter, usually stalks on mother rhizomes that are somewhat twisted
and battered and sometimes the flowers somewhat distorted. But there
are also new shiny clean and fast growing stalks some on side increases.
