Hi Celia,
I can only speak for CRIMSON KING and ELEANOR ROOSEVELT. Both tolerate high
humidity and low temps.
I grow both of them. Now. I am at about 1500 ft, elevation on the borderline
between zones 6 and 7, (depending on which way the wind is blowing). The iris
get the cold here on the SW border of Virginia,...down to 10-15F below
freezing.... and they both took the high humidity in and around Baltimore
when I lived there.
