While we're waiting -- LAND OF ENCHANTMENT is a halfbred. Standards are more
violet than blue, near the color of the New Mexico sky on a hazy afternoon.
Falls are close to the color of adobe -- orangish tan. New Mexico is known as
the "Land of Enchantment". Gus Seligmann came up with the name for a seedling
with similar colors but it wasn't a strong enough performer to introduce, so it
had to wait for an equally good flower on a better plant.
