Benomyl is the active ingredient, Benlate the name of the formulation
containing it.
So far as replacements go, Carbendazim and Thiophanate-methyl (- both active
ingredients, you'll have to read the labels) are closely related chemically,
and should have the same effect. See Grahame's posting for another suggestion.
