Yes. John at Ensata Gardens here in Michigan. We've used Poast (fusilade)
for several years. Kills grass of all kinds. Safe to use over iris of all
kinds, daylilies, hosta, junipers,... Don't know of any one time being
better than another. Usually do it when one gets time to do it. Be patient,
though. The grass won't show signs of dying for 2-3 weeks. However, it
stops the grass in its tracks right away: no more growth, no more blooming or
seed making. Just a gradual yellowing, then browning of the grass.
