Not to add more mix to the stew but some of the other sections that
I belong to have the same sort of clause in their by-laws *but* their
are folks that I know of that belong to these sections and they are not
AIS members. The robins are another story...supposedly there is an
AIS membership requirement but who asks? There are folks on the
Siberian email robin that are not AIS members. I am not going to
kick them off. It is akin to shooting yourself in the foot, IMO.
