Although my chief duty as Commercial Source Chairman of HIPS, the Historic
Iris Preservation Society is to help people find iris cultivars over thirty
years old, I also dabble in referrals for species irises. Now, The Borer has
given you her favorite source for I. lucustris, and I have no other to offer
that is better at this time. Iris verna is getting a little hard to find, but,
thanks to the VERY GENEROUS HELP OF BETH METTY of this list, happily I can
refer you to a couple of possible sources for it this year.
