Celia,

As Dennis mentioned Supersoil is a commercial pre-packaged potting soil
that is steam sterilized.  I believe the company that manufactures it is
out of San Francisco, so I don't imagine it is in your area.  I use it
to start my seeds and pot up excess perennials.  Good stuff!
