Hi everyone.
This is day 2 of 4 days of continous hard freezes. Yesterday afternoon,
I had to go out and cover my gardens with a roll of black plastic (yes,
it's the kind that breathes) and then, what we couldn't cover with
plastic, we covered with old weed debris that was lying on the
driveway. When we ran out of THAT, we began pulling weeds in huge
fistfuls out of an empty garden to use as blankets for my exposed rz's.
Would this be called unweeding? Also, I saw a bloomstalk in the
backyard I had to put a bucket over. El Nino made no new friends last
night.
