There have been a few threads for which
Checklists were required -- notably the
one on how to interpret entries from the =
30s & 40s. But for the most part, access to
Checklists and R&I booklets is an advantage.
NOT a necessity. Except for the earliest =
assignments, where R&I information was
posted separately, I've tried to include enough
information in each assignment to enable =
anyone to do the basic homework. If you
have questions, or think I haven't provided
enough information to solve the problem I've
posed -- write to me off-list.
TWOI is NOT a required text, but if you have it, =
you can often find the answers to homework =
questions in it. =
Remember those college textbooks
that had a section of answers in the back?
That's the role of TWOI in these "classes".
If you don't have the resources to check your
own homework, send it to me -- off-list -- and
I'll let you know whether you're on the right track.

I, too, like to see articles like those.
Unfortunately, I don't have time to write
anything on that scale now.
The "classes" are student-driven. If
I get beginners' questions that are of
general interest, I'll certainly post more
HYB 101 assignments to the list. =
But PLEASE send your questions to me
off-list. That preserves your anonymity!
