In some years pineappling was quite prevalent in Texas, but I have
never seen it in Mississippi. I have heard that where pineappling occurs,
it is wise to incorporate zinc and trace elements into the soil to prevent
pineappling. Peggy Williams gave me this tip years ago, and I believe it
worked.
