The place to look for a reasonably priced iris that is guaranteed to grow in
your area is your local iris club sale! Really - IMHO, that is the best place
to start... you get to talk to helpful, friendly, knowledgable iris folks...
you'll get to choose the irises that you want - and if you're REAL nice,
someone's sure to slip you a freebie or two.
Kathyguest, who was plied with irises long before she joined - and can verify
that they "lead to harder stuff" <-:
