I live just an hour away from Springhill, and I've visited their place a few
times, and everything I've bought from them has done wonderfully.  But keep
in mind that I am the one that is selecting the plants, bulbs, etc.  I have
not purchased from them via mail order.  Springhill has a great reputation
here, for plants in general.
