Geez, I thought everyone on the list took it for granted that you
never STEAL anything. What I did was stop at an ABANDONED farm house
that is in the last stages of standing upright. There were no signs
that said keep out, no trespassing, beware of dog etc.... There are no
corner stores to stop at, there were no neighbors and I drove over 10
miles before I saw another homesite. I did not take ALL of anything,
never have, never will. I took a total of two shovels of dirt away,
left in a spot that was not noticeable unless you would get out and
really walk hard and look hard. I do not destroy other peoples
property. I do not pick other peoples fruits, I do not fish in
anyones pond. It was the first, last and only time the thought will
ever cross my mind. Thanks for ruining my day.

Hello, I am like a kid at Christmas today. Over the weekend I came
across an abandoned farm house and always having a shovel in my trunk,
I stopped and searched the overgrown areas. I was so HAPPY I hit the
jackpot out by the old barn. There were iris sprouting!! I knew it!!
And also what I think are daffodils. I dug up 5 iris rhizome and one
spade full of the daffodils. Took them home and promptly planted
them. I can't wait to see what they are. (Does anyone else out there
get a giddy feeling like this? Is it normal or should I seek
professional help?? My husband is thinking the latter.....)
