Actually, I must confess that I, too, have bought irises just because they
have really cool names. Another of my hobbies is Aztec/Mayan collecting
artifacts. So I just *had* to have some rhyzomes of "Maya Mint". :) (I
bought some "Inca Queen" too.)
I'm going to name my first hybrid cultivar "Dennis Bishop" and put a price
tag of $500 per rhyzome on it, because I know at least one fellow out there
that's going to buy some! Hehehehehehehe...
