Majority rules?
I did not have the BLACK GAMECOCK hybridizer/year listed on my data base either. If
ya'll could be so kind, I'm also missing the registration info for:
NIGHT EDITION (PC?)
MYSTERIOUS MONIQUE (LA?)
SAUCY MIX (LA?)
SCAMP (LA?)
DOVER BEACH (TB?)
PORTRAIT OF LAURIE (TB?)
PRISSY MISS (TB?)
TIFANS GLORY (TB?)
PIPING HOT (TB?)
The ones which I think are TB's were purchased from WalMart last fall a cost of $4-5 for
a box with 3-4 rhizomes. All are busy preparing stalks now and, if foliage mass is any
indication, are doing as well as or better than TB's which cost 5-10 times as much
($/rhz) from the specialty nurseries. The obvious drawback is that WalMart does not
provide hybridizer/year and I am now forced to admit to the world that I have no taste
and am a denizen of the blue-light-special.
