Yes it has bloomed.  I described in an earlier post.  If you cannot find
the post I will send it again privately.  No, not any suggestions as to
what the name is.  I'm going to contact the source and see if they may be
able to help out.  It was too proportionate re bloom to foliage to be some
sort of blight, although all my plants here tend to be shorter than
descriptions.  I attribute the shortened growth to the almost constant
wind.  I believe it to be an adaptation to the growing conditions.  Do you
have any idea?

Zone 7....and the Libby Cross SDB TANTALIZING TIDBIT is definitely putting
out a bloom stalk!
