Sharon, your suggestions on hybridizing MTB class AB rebloomers are
invaluable to us. Thank you. Do I remember reading in some of your past
articles that the color pink will also let aril patterns through? We have
some tetraploid pink and apricot MTBs, two that will rebloom. If any other
aril experts are out there, we would like to have your suggestions too!
Cindy Rust, Zone 5b, Missouri. Cloudy, warmish, but temps starting to
drop, windy. Put wire cages wrapped in clear plastic around TIGER HONEY
and BEWILDERBEAST to try and protect them from the wind and temp drops.
Would like to see them this year! They don't seem to care for temperature
swings and late (or any!) frosts.
