I can't answer this definitively either, but I will tell you that Chuck
Chapman in Guelph, Ontario, carries a nice selection of I. pseudacorus clones,
albeit not those cultivars you have mentioned, both of which, as I understand
it, are hybrids, possibly with I.foetidissima. I. foetidissima would seem to
be of variable hardiness, but as Ian tells me has proven hardy in some
instances with him in Ottawa. 

Chuck Chapman also stocks a selection of spuria introductions, including some
of Wickencamp's stuff, which was certainly not bred in frigid climes. I think
you should send for a catalog and take some chances. Don't have his catalog
costs in Canadian dollars, but you should be able to work it out, or drop him
a note and inquire.
