The comments about Tall Talk on this list have been so complimentary that I
sent my triennial dues for TBIS Friday.
I had hesitated as October 10 1998 I had sent checks to AIS (dual
triennial), Median, Siberian, Spuria, Japanese, Reblooming, Dwarf, Aril,
Louisiana, North Central and Sooner State Iris Societies (single annual on
all but AIS). I wasn't sure a total novice to Iris growing like me could
benefit from another set of dues. You have convinced me otherwise.

Thanks, Perry, for adding your input regarding the quality of
TALL TALK and Ruth's efforts. I think anybody who reads this
bulletin and had reservations about joining the TBIS will
change their minds now.
