Our house in Toronto in a tall narrow Victorian row house, didn't have
enough room for 5 kids. People next door only had one kid so we
renovated and used their 3rd. floor. Just knocked a doorway through from
our 3rd. floor. Family further down the street did that too, with their
neighbour.
Might be more difficult in the US 0f A. Insurance, sueing and all that.
