Chris,
The checklist as Mr. Epperson is probably of his own devising.
However, I am teaching a JT on Show Rules and Regulations this weedend.
I went through the judges training book to make up my class outline and
made a list for myself. When we received his list I checked it against
mine and found all 27 of his items clearly stated therein.
Without his permission I hesitate to reproduce and share his list but
chances are if someone were to give him a call he would send out a copy
of it.
