The house is a cute little home, probably built around 1930. It needs some
paint and major yard work but it looks OK on the outside. I think that the
owners son comes out and checks things over now and then. It has two large
out buildings, it used to be a nursery. If the guy would sell it to us it
would be perfect for an iris operation.
