Yes Jeff, of course you are correct, and I actually realised this after
I had written it. I have a good dose of the 'flu' courtesy of one of my
piano students (They enjoy their lessons so much they hate cancelling
even when sick) so the brain wasn't working too well yesterday!
I actually have very little contact with members of the AIS, and have
only been 'into' irises for 2 years, so I'm not sure what the basis for
this award is. HEATHER PRYOR won it in '97. Not the person, the flower,
introduced by John Taylor. Perhaps Heather could enlighten us, if she is
reading the list?
