Interesting, because MICHIGAN PRIDE is one of my
favorites! It would have won Queen of Show, if only there
was a show held in my front yard at 5 A.M. Sunday...three
open flowers, great branching. I did have a little trouble
getting this started, but it had been in a spot without
much sun - I moved it two years ago and it seems happy now.
It does tend to have open standards, though.

Everyone wants oranges, but most don't seem to grow
well. MALAGUENA is the only one I have that shows decent
growth. But I put in several oranges last year, and will
put in at least one this year (an intro from Sterling (not
Okase) Innerst - we both live in PA, so I figure I have a
shot at it growing. I liked Lauer's PENNY LANE and ORANGE
POP, plus one of his seedlings in Dallas, but that doesn't
mean that they will grow here.
James - what oranges do best for you?
