I'm seeing this on several varieties this year, especially
late bloomers -- even ones showing colour can dry up over
night -- and begin to rot.
Is this lack of water? Too much heat? ENCHANTED APRIL was
going to bloom for me, and then dried up, as did BUBBLE UP
and some others.
OTOH, RECURRING DREAM is going to REBLOOM for me already,
after blooming about a month ago!
